Staff add the order
Pick items from your menu and enter how many guests are at the table. Dashy adds your service charge and VAT, so nobody types an amount.

The guest taps the table tag
Their phone opens the bill for that table. No app and no account. They choose bank transfer or card, and friends can each pay their own part.

The table marks itself paid
As soon as the payment is confirmed, the table turns paid on your staff screen and a receipt is saved with the name of the staff member who processed it.

Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests tap the tag with their phone and the bill opens in their browser. If a phone cannot read NFC tags, the same table link can be printed as a QR code.
Does Dashy hold my money?
No. Guests pay into your own Monnify account and Monnify settles to your bank. Dashy shows the table, the amount and whether it has been paid.
How do guests pay?
By bank transfer or by card, through your Monnify account. Friends sharing a table can each pay their own part of the bill.
Do I need a Monnify account?
Yes. Each restaurant uses its own, and we guide you through connecting it to Dashy.
What if a guest pays cash?
Staff record cash, card machine or hand checked transfer payments in Dashy, and the table closes like any other.
Can I run more than one branch?
Yes. Each branch gets its own account with its own tables, staff and receipts.
